T500 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the t500 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the t500 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the t500 platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and t500 as the platform operator. Continued use of this platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms. The t500 platform is intended for users aged 18 and above only.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access t500's full range of services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. t500 will never request your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately. t500 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

3. User Responsibilities
As a t500 platform user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You are prohibited from:
- Using the platform for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activities.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the systems or security of the t500 platform.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing someone else to use your account on your behalf.
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation from t500.
- Providing false or misleading personal information during the registration or identity verification process.
- Exploiting any technical bugs, system errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in actions including temporary account suspension, permanent account closure, or legal proceedings at t500's discretion.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the t500 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through approved payment methods available on the platform. t500 does not accept transactions in foreign currencies; any currency conversion is entirely the user's responsibility.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. Fund withdrawals are subject to identity verification processes that may be required to ensure transaction security. t500 reserves the right to hold or delay suspicious withdrawals while an investigation is carried out.
All promotions, bonuses, and offers are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. t500 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse or fraud. Users suspected of misusing promotions will be subject to disciplinary action.
5. Account Policy, Liability Limits & Suspension
T500 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, inaccurate registration information, or at the user's own request. If an account is terminated due to a breach, any claimable balance will be determined based on the outcome of t500's internal investigation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, t500 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. t500's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the t500 platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, user interface, text, and software, is the exclusive property of t500 or its respective licensors. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from t500.
Third-Party Links
The t500 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. t500 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of their services. You acknowledge that accessing third-party links is entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms
T500 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via a notice displayed on the platform or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you may close your account by contacting the t500 support team.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through a mutually agreed dispute resolution method.
